To secure your date, 50% of the estimated bill is due upon booking. The final 50% is due (5) five days prior to the event date. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.All food and beverage is subject to 20 % gratuity and applicable sales tax.

In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation notice must be given in writing.
Every effort is made to instruct our staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that commercial foods we use could contain allergens. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Tavern on the Mountain will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with in our establishment.
Tavern on the Mountain will not be held liable for any damage to rented equipment or property or loss of property which may be caused by the customers guests or other service providers retained by the customer.
